Personal data processing policy applicable to contacts, customers, prospects, users of online services

The purpose of this document is to detail and explain how the Marc Foujols Group collects, stores, processes, shares or transfers your personal data.

1 – General provisions

The following provisions apply to all processing of personal data by the controller, unless otherwise specified in the specific provisions.

Legal framework

Retention period of personal data

The personal data of users is kept for a period strictly necessary for the purposes stated and in accordance with the applicable regulations.
