Description
The 42-hectare estate (sale of 100% of the holding company's shares) is located around 50 km west of Paris, close to the Château de Versailles. It takes 45 minutes on the A13 freeway and the Nationale 12 to reach the Domaine de la Porte de St Cloud. The Domaine is located in the Forêt Royale de Rambouillet, famous for the hunting hunts of the Kings of France (Henri IV, Louis XIV and Louis XVI). At the same time, Mr. Mulliez had the Haras built as a gift for his wife, a passionate Arabian thoroughbred breeder. Since 2005, it has become a major venue for receptions, hosting 65 weddings and 100 seminars a year in the heart of the forest (full file on the drive). An additional 6,514m² could be built for a luxury three- or even four-star hotel. 100% of the shares in the holding company have been sold.
